How to ensure you are downloading the latest versions of our documentation

Many web browsers store information about the site they visit, this is known as caching. This means when you view a webpage which you have previously loaded, on some occasions the page you will be viewing will be the one stored on your local hard drive rather than the latest version on the website.

There are two ways to ensure you are viewing the most up to date webpage when using internet explorer:

1. Click the refresh button on your browser three times.

2. Click the 'Tools' menu, then select 'internet options' then select 'Temporary Internet Files' Then change the 'Settings' to "Every visit to the page"

For other internet browsers please refer to the help file or manual to solve the problem.
