Residential & Buy-to-let Mortgage Service

We currently offer a service whereby we will rebate a proportion of the initial commission paid to us by the lender (our 'procuration fee' or 'proc fee'), for individuals who have identified already the specific mortgage product they wish to arrange.

IMPORTANT: regulatory restrictions on the arrangement of mortgages on an execution-only basis

DUE TO FCA MORTGAGE REGULATIONS IF YOU MAKE A PHONE CALL TO CLUBFINANCE AT ANY POINT WE HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO CEASE ALL DEALINGS WITH YOU FOR YOUR MORTGAGE.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation governing the arrangement of mortgages on an execution-only basis, means it is not possible for Clubfinance to arrange any mortgage on an execution-only basis for any client who makes a telephone call to the office. Therefore, please only use e-mails or post to communicate with us regarding your mortgage.

Our rebates for residential and buy-to-let mortgages are as follows:

* - Any individual who has successfully completed any transaction using Clubfinance will automatically receive 'Clubfinance member' rebates.

Commercial Mortgages

We can also help arrange commercial mortgages for our clients. This includes calling a panel of potential lenders and presenting our findings and ultimately arranging the mortgage. This is still an execution-only service where you decide on which (if any) of the mortgages available is suitable and appropriate for you. There is often no commission / proc fee payable on commercial mortgages, therefore for this service we charge an upfront fee of £600. Any commission received by Clubfinance will be rebated in full. If for any reason you do not go ahead with the mortgage, we will repay half (£300) of our fee back to you.
